    Craniosacral Flow session is a restorative experience that works with the body’s natural rhythms to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. Using the gentle, non-invasive approach of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, I work with the craniosacral system - including cerebrospinal fluid, skull, and spine - to release tension, restrictions, and patterns held in the body.

    This session provides a space for the nervous system to unwind and for the body’s sensations and responses to guide the process. Physical tension, discomfort, and other bodily signals are treated as meaningful information, offering insight into emotional and psychological states.

    The work encourages the body to restore itself naturally, supporting its inherent capacity for self-regulation. It also fosters a deeper connection between the body, mind, and inner awareness.

Subtle energy patterns and sensations are treated as meaningful signals, offering insight into areas of tension or disruption and supporting integrated well-being on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.

    The session is fully clothed and touch-free, allowing clients to remain relaxed and fully receptive to the flow of energy throughout their system.
