INTUITIVE HOLISTIC WELLNESS COACH | REIKI MASTER | BIODYNAMIC CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY PRACTITIONER

My work is rooted in a deep interest in human nature, the psyche, and the symbolic dimensions of experience. I am particularly drawn to the ways unconscious patterns, inner images, and embodied experience shape our lives, relationships, self-expression, and sense of meaning. Much of my perspective is informed by Jungian thought, which views psychological life as a dynamic dialogue between the conscious and the unconscious. At the same time, working with the body is essential, as life is experienced and expressed through it.

I approach this work as an exploratory process. Through conversation, reflection, and attention to somatic and energetic experience, we may begin to notice recurring patterns, images, emotions, and narratives that move beneath the surface of everyday awareness. The intention is not to fix or diagnose, but to cultivate greater awareness of these inner movements and the possibilities they reveal.

My background includes studies in Psychology, Applied Jungian Training, Somatics, Women’s Health, Reiki, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. These perspectives support a holistic understanding of the psyche as inseparable from the body and from the deeper rhythms of life.

My work is also informed by an ongoing commitment to personal inner work and self-reflection. Continuous self-examination, personal analysis, and professional supervision help me remain attentive to my own unconscious patterns and projections, supporting a more grounded, responsible, and aware presence in my work with others.

I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical or crisis care. My role is to offer a reflective and ethically grounded space for inquiry, dialogue, learning, and personal exploration. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and for how any insights from this work are integrated into their lives.

This process asks for patience and openness. Psychological development unfolds over time and often requires a willingness to remain with uncertainty, symbolism, and the gradual emergence of understanding.

My Story

A great reminder of our resilience and capacity to heal, grow, and transform, even in the face of the deepest challenges.

My journey has unfolded like the tides of the ocean - layered with pain, grief, creativity, and self-discovery. As a deeply sensitive person, I have always been drawn to the unseen currents that shape us, the ebb and flow of emotions, and the inner forces that shape authenticity. This interest led me to study psychology, where I gained insight into the human psyche - deep, complex, and symbolic. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in 2008 and my Master’s in 2013.

Life, however, took me in another direction. I spent several years in the fashion industry as a boutique owner and stylist, channeling creativity into self-expression and helping others feel seen and confident. This work gave me insight into the subtle ways body image, self-criticism, and shame shape self-perception, particularly in women and teens. I became attuned to how societal expectations, past trauma, and internalized standards influence self-worth and authenticity.

Despite external success and creative fulfillment, I experienced a profound sense of emptiness and disconnection, unaware at the time of my own unprocessed trauma and suppressed needs. A serious health crisis in my early thirties - including autoimmune challenges, hypothyroidism, and a pituitary tumor - became a turning point. It forced me into a period of deep self-reflection, psychoanalysis, and spiritual exploration, compelling me to confront unacknowledged parts of myself.

This period became a descent into the inner underworld of the psyche, a space where I was forced to confront the parts of myself I had long avoided and the patterns that had unconsciously governed my life. My body, through illness and symptoms, emerged as a messenger, revealing imbalances, suppressed needs, and unresolved emotional wounds. I came to understand that wounds can carry the seeds of transformation, and that true well-being requires the integration of body, mind, and soul - an insight reflected in the archetype of Chiron, the wounded healer, whose own suffering became a source of wisdom and compassion. In this process, I also recognized that healing is not linear; it is cyclical, demanding patience, self-reflection, and an openness to the unconscious guidance that arises through dreams, sensations, and inner imagery.

Through my own healing, I came to understand that the body is an intelligent system, and symptoms are messages calling us to realign with our deeper self. This experience shaped my approach to holistic wellness, emphasizing the connection between psychological insight, somatic awareness, and spiritual alignment.

Today, as an Intuitive Holistic Wellness Coach, Reiki Master, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Practitioner, I work with clients to explore the interplay of mind, body, and spirit. I guide them in noticing patterns, releasing emotional and physical blockages, strengthening self-awareness, and reconnecting with their inner wisdom. My approach is rooted in Jungian principles, honoring the symbolic, unconscious, and embodied dimensions of human experience, and supporting clients in cultivating agency, resilience, and authenticity.

I continue to engage in my own ongoing personal work, recognizing, as Carl Rogers wrote, that “the good life is a process, not a state of being.” Healing and growth are continuous, and my own journey informs and deepens the work I do with others.

Love & Light,
Rimgaile

What People Say

I appreciate how you integrate both the psychological and the somatic. The sessions feel like a safe space to explore emotions, recurring patterns, and insights that slowly reveal themselves over time. Each session with you is a reminder of my inner potential and the value of listening to my own inner wisdom. The work has helped me approach challenges with greater clarity, presence, and patience.

Working with Rimgaile has helped me prioritize myself and notice patterns in my thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that I hadn’t recognized before. Her thoughtful guidance and attention to both body and psyche create a space where I feel truly seen and understood - a space where my nervous system and body are reminded of rest, trust, and safety, and where I am able to reconnect with myself.

Rimgaile’s approach helped me uncover patterns connected to unresolved inner conflicts. By attending to both the psychological and bodily dimensions of experience, I’ve learned to recognize these patterns, step back from reactive behaviors, and set boundaries that feel authentic. The process has strengthened my sense of agency and allowed me to engage in relationships with greater confidence and presence.
